Reflecting on his corporate experience, he emphasized, “Corporate operations are highly structured. Well-established departments play a crucial role in ensuring business sustainability and continuity.”

When asked about the challenges and adjustments he faced, he acknowledged, “Yes, there were challenges. Many of our managers were long-serving employees with deep roots in the company. Introducing new structures to an already established environment proved to be a significant challenge when I first arrived. My initial approach was to step back, observe, and understand how things were being done. As a newcomer, my strategy was to learn what was successful and then gradually implement changes in line with our objectives.”
